All of our mailbox number and letter sets are custom made for each order based on the house number or text you provide at checkout.
Because of this, our refund policy works as follows:
Before production: If you contact us before your custom letters have been cut and produced, we’re happy to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
After production: Once your custom vinyl letters or numbers have been produced, we are unable to offer a refund or accept a return. This is because your order is made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold.
If there is a mistake on our part, such as an incorrect size, color, or a production defect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
